Run by a team of Brilanders & Eleutherans, this long-time fixture has gotten a recent face lift and is now your go-to place for a fun laid back island vibe with a great mix of fresh, healthy and tasty island-influenced fare.

Menu items include salads, paninis and wraps with specialties such as curried tuna salad or jerked yard bird (chicken) with mango chutney and dessert items like key lime pie with gingersnap crust and warm pineapple tart with coconut rum.

Whether you are a long-time local or just visiting, The Laughing Lizard staff will make you feel right at home. The cafe is decorated with work from local artists, available to purchase right off the wall. Perfect for an afternoon outing on Eleuthera, it’s located about 20 minutes from North Eleuthera Airport. Rent a car and explore beautiful Eleuthera or hire a taxi for the afternoon.

The Laughing Lizard is open daily at 8am and serving breakfast and lunch all day. Happy Hour is from 4-6pm with great drink and appetizer specials. 6-10pm is a laid back lounge vibe with tapas, wines and desserts.
