Senior Site Manager with Osprey Construction

$55m commercial project on a private island consisting of operations managers and staff buildings, storage warehouses, power and water generation facilities, boat and equipment hangers and workshops, x2 commercial kitchens, and more.  Mark Moyle, acting as Senior Site Manager, was directly responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction and site activities,  including sub-contractors, material and manpower,  logistics, and design coordination.  Required thorough and continual communications with the owner’s representatives both on-site and in the UK as well as Osprey’s senior project manager and directors based in Nassau. Substantially completed ahead of schedule.

In addition to above, Mark and Mariah were both responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functioning of all aspects of the temporary accommodations along with a 3,000 sqft canteen serving 3 meals per day to all, a medical facility, and a  small snack shop.  Also notable was the involvement with the original design and construction of the ‘man-camp’ that housed an average of 150 construction workers.
