$3 million beach bar on Little Halls Pond Cay in the Exumas for owner Johnny Depp. The building was a remake of a bar featured in the movie Rum Diaries. Hurricane rated structure. Project was on remote and undeveloped part of the island and required construction of temporary ramp on an environmentally sensitive beach to bring equipment and materials ashore.
