The Residences at The Dunmore, Harbour Island

As the deadline drew near, the Owner’s Representative required additional managerial assistance in order to complete two high-end beach villas located on The Dunmore property. With this project Mark Moyle acted as Assistant Project Manager to the Owner’s Representative. The $7 million & $5 million beachfront residences were handed over on-schedule.

Position as Assistant Project Manager required being directly responsible for quality control, overseeing local contractors & laborers and procurement of construction materials.

Worked directly with renowned architect Maria De La Guardia of de la Guardia Victoria Architects and Urbanists, Inc and interior designers Amanda Lindroth of Lindroth Design and Alessandra Branca of Branca Interiors.
